If you would like to deactivate your account, you can find the available option from the ‘My Account’ section on the Kash Karnival website. Closing an account will require the player to confirm via email to ensure account security. If an account contains Kash Coins at the time of closure, then the players remaining balance will be converted to a cash out request. Cash out procedures will follow.

Closed accounts can no longer grant the player access to the Kash Karnival app. If a player wishes to return to the application they are required to (a) sign up for a new account and agree to all terms and conditions outlined or, (b) contact Staff Admin for an appeal regarding the reopening of a closed account at help@kashkarnival.com.au.
