I have bought something from the Kash Item Store. What now?

After completing a purchase from the Kash Item Store, you will receive a confirmation email from us in regards to your purchase. Once we’ve received your order, our staff will check if your item(s) are available – if there’s no available stock for your item(s), we will send you a notification email and refund back the amount of Kash Rewards spent on the purchase.

If your ordered item(s) is available, we will send another notification email once we’ve processed your order. You will receive a final notification email once your order is dispatched – this email will also contain a tracking number and a link that will allow you to track the status of the delivery.*

The Kash Item Store item order procedure, including the processing and dispatching of the order may take up to 30 days – if you have not received any emails from us after 30 days, please leave us a support ticket or let us know at help@kashkarnival.com.au. We will reply back via email correspondence to the email provided in your order.

* The availability of the tracking number and link is dependent on whether the courier responsible for the item(s)’ delivery have any tracking capabilities.
